Peshajibi.com is a national platform dedicated to uniting Bangladeshi professionals with honour, responsibility, and a shared commitment to fundamental rights, transparency, and national integrity. The word Peshajibi means Professionalâand this platform exists to give professionals a collective, independent, and principled voice.
Peshajibi.com operates under the broader civic framework of Jatiya.org, which is grounded in the spirit of the Constitution of Bangladesh. According to Article 7(1) of the Constitution, all power in the Republic belongs to the people. Yet, in reality, millions of citizens are deprived of their constitutional and fundamental rights due to political dominance, patronage systems, and lack of public awareness. Many people remain excluded from state benefits simply because they do not belong to or support a political group or leader.
Bangladesh is a nation of nearly 200 million people, and true democracy cannot function without unity, awareness, and participation beyond party politics. Peshajibi.com was created to help build that unityâstarting with professionals who shape society through knowledge, ethics, and service.
To strengthen the protection of fundamental rights, Jatiya.org has established multiple civic platforms, including MoulikOdhikar.com, focusing specifically on fundamental rights. In total, more than 120 interconnected platformsunder Jatiya.org work collaboratively to promote accountability, combat corruption, and contribute to building a secure, just, and transparent Bangladesh.

Our Visionary Guidance
The concept and direction of Peshajibi.com are guided by Dr. Raju Ahmed Dipu, LL.M. (UK), a political asylee and the Second Spokesman of the Bangladesh Uprising (2021â2024). His approach has consistently emphasised diplomacy, constitutional legitimacy, and international engagement in the pursuit of democratic reform.
While major political forces, including Bangladesh Nationalist Party, Jamaat-e-Islami, and the student movement, played visible roles in the political transformation culminating on 5 August 2024, many strategic and diplomatic efforts remained deliberately discreet in the greater national interest behinds the scene.
