Peshajibi.com today issued a national call inviting all professionals across Bangladesh to participate in a new people-led, non-partisan civic platform dedicated to professional dignity, constitutional rights, and ethical national leadership.

Bangladesh is a country of nearly 200 million people, rich in talent and professional capability. Yet countless qualified professionals remain excluded from fair opportunities due to political patronage, corruption, and systemic discrimination. Peshajibi.com has been created to address this reality through unity, awareness, and lawful civic organisation.

Operating under the broader civic framework of Jatiya.org, Peshajibi.com is grounded in the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, which affirms that sovereignty belongs to the people and guarantees fundamental rights, equality before law, and freedom of association.

Who Is Invited to Participate

Peshajibi.com invites participation from professionals across all sectors, including but not limited to: Lawyers and legal professionals, Doctors and healthcare professionals, Teachers, academics, and researchers. Engineers, technologists, and IT professionals, Entrepreneurs, business leaders, and corporate professionals. Journalists, writers, and media professionals. Development workers, social workers, and civil society practitioners. This platform is especially for professionals who: Do not wish to depend on political affiliation. Have been denied progress despite merit and integrity. Believe in serving the country through knowledge and ethics

Democratic Leadership Through Member Participation

Over the next year, Peshajibi.com will conduct nationwide professional membership registration. Following this process, all registered members will elect national Peshajibi leadership—including President, Vice President, and General Secretary—through a secure digital voting system.

Leadership terms will be limited to one year, and the same transparent, member-driven process will continue in future cycles. These elections are internal, voluntary, and civic in nature, not public or governmental elections.

Non-Political, Yet Nationally Responsible

Peshajibi.com is not a political party, not a government platform, and not a pressure group. Participation does not require political allegiance and does not promote partisan agendas.

It is a civic initiative built on: Constitutional rights, Professional ethics, National responsibility. Respect for law and human dignity
