পরিকল্পনা (Plan)
এই পরিকল্পনার মূল লক্ষ্য হলো গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ–এর সকল মেধাবী, দক্ষ ও যোগ্য পেশাজীবী নাগরিককে একটি সম্মানজনক ও ন্যায্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা—যাঁরা রাজনৈতিক প্রভাব, দলীয় পৃষ্ঠপোষকতা ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক দুর্নীতির কারণে নিজেদের যোগ্যতা অনুযায়ী অগ্রসর হতে পারেননি।
বাংলাদেশে অসংখ্য প্রতিভাবান পেশাজীবী রয়েছেন—আইনজীবী, শিক্ষক, চিকিৎসক, প্রকৌশলী, উদ্যোক্তা, গবেষক, প্রযুক্তিবিদ, সাংবাদিক ও সমাজকর্মী—যাঁদের দক্ষতা থাকা সত্ত্বেও রাজনৈতিক আনুগত্য না থাকায় সুযোগ থেকে বঞ্চিত করা হয়েছে। এই বাস্তবতা রাষ্ট্রীয় উন্নয়নকে বাধাগ্রস্ত করে এবং জনগণের সাংবিধানিক অধিকারকে দুর্বল করে।
এই পরিকল্পনার আওতায়:
মেধা ও যোগ্যতাভিত্তিক অন্তর্ভুক্তি:
রাজনৈতিক পরিচয় নয়, বরং দক্ষতা, অভিজ্ঞতা ও নৈতিকতাকে সদস্যপদের একমাত্র মানদণ্ড হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হবে।
রাজনৈতিক ও দুর্নীতিমুক্ত অংশগ্রহণ:
যারা দলীয় রাজনীতির বাইরে থেকেও দেশ ও সমাজের জন্য কাজ করতে চান, তাঁদের জন্য নিরাপদ ও স্বাধীন একটি পরিসর তৈরি করা হবে।
ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম ও স্বচ্ছ কাঠামো:
সদস্য নিবন্ধন, মতামত প্রদান, সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ ও নেতৃত্ব নির্বাচন—সবকিছুই ডিজিটাল ও যাচাইযোগ্য প্রক্রিয়ায় সম্পন্ন হবে।
পেশাজীবী শক্তির সমন্বয়:
বিভিন্ন খাতের পেশাজীবীদের মধ্যে সহযোগিতা, নেটওয়ার্কিং ও যৌথ উদ্যোগ গড়ে তোলা হবে, যাতে জাতীয় সমস্যা সমাধানে কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখা যায়।
রাষ্ট্রীয় পরিকল্পনা ও নীতিগত প্রস্তাবনা:
সংগৃহীত মেধা ও অভিজ্ঞতার ভিত্তিতে শিক্ষা, অর্থনীতি, কর্মসংস্থান, স্বাস্থ্য, বিচারব্যবস্থা ও প্রশাসনিক সংস্কারের জন্য বাস্তবভিত্তিক প্রস্তাব তৈরি করা হবে।

এই পরিকল্পনা বিশ্বাস করে—
যদি মেধাবীরা ঐক্যবদ্ধ হন,
যদি যোগ্যতা ন্যায্য স্থান পায়,
তবে বাংলাদেশকে রাজনীতি ও দুর্নীতির সীমাবদ্ধতা ছাড়িয়ে একটি মর্যাদাশীল, দক্ষ ও ভবিষ্যৎমুখী রাষ্ট্রে রূপান্তর করা সম্ভব।
Plan
This plan is designed to include all talented and capable professionals in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh who have been unable to progress due to political influence, party patronage, and systemic corruption.
Bangladesh has a vast number of skilled professionals—lawyers, teachers, doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, researchers, technologists, journalists, and social workers—whose abilities remain underutilised simply because they are not aligned with political power. This reality not only harms individual careers but also weakens national development and undermines constitutional justice.
Under this plan:
Merit & Competence-Based Inclusion
Membership is open to professionals based solely on talent, qualifications, experience, and ethical conduct—not political identity or affiliation.
Freedom from Political Control & Corruption
The platform provides a safe, independent space for professionals who wish to contribute to society without political pressure, favouritism, or corruption.
Transparent Digital Structure
Member registration, participation, decision-making, and leadership selection are conducted through secure, verifiable digital systems to ensure fairness and accountability.
Cross-Sector Professional Collaboration
Professionals from different sectors are connected to share knowledge, build networks, and develop joint initiatives that address national challenges.
Policy Development & National Planning
Collective expertise is used to develop practical, evidence-based proposals in education, employment, healthcare, justice, governance, and economic reform.
